Hi, I'm Eric, I’ve always had a passion for teaching and helping others grow, especially when it comes to building real confidence. Coaching new drivers isn’t just about skills—it’s about guiding them through uncertainty and helping them trust themselves. I take pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace, so they leave not just licensed, but truly prepared for the road ahead.

My Jungle Mission

My mission is to make our community’s roads safer by helping each new driver build real confidence behind the wheel. I believe that when one driver is truly prepared, it makes a difference for everyone—families, friends, and neighbors. Through patient coaching and real-world experience, I’m committed to guiding each student in Cedar Rapids so they feel capable, aware, and ready for whatever the road brings.

My name is Stacy West and I’m excited to be a part of this amazing team at Jungle Driving School . My husband and I have 3 sons Preston (29) John (26) David (24). My husband and I have lived here for 33 years.

My Jungle Mission

Learning to drive is one of the most important milestones in life, and I am honored to help students build the skills and confidence they need to become safe, responsible drivers. My teaching approach focuses on not only passing the driving test, but also on developing lifelong habits that promote safety, awareness, and good decision making on the road.

About Me

My name is Devin Sires and I'm excited to be joining the team at Jungle. My wife Jill and I have 4 kids - Jacob, Aubrey, Emma, and Charlotte. Jill and I grew up in Cedar Rapids and are blessed to now be raising our children here as well. I stay active in the community as an Assistant Bowling Coach and President of our Show Choir Fundraising Efforts at Xavier High School. I am also a music minister at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and have led our Vacation Bible School efforts for many years. And I love the Iowa State Cyclones! #CyclONEnation 😉 I'm learning more how important it is to provide an effective and worthwhile drivers education experience. I believe the team at Jungle are doing just that. I am fortunate to be a part of the team.

About Me

I'm Laura. I am a 54-year-old mother of three and a proud grandmother of two, shaped by a lifelong commitment to service. With a degree in criminal law, I spent 30 years in the police department, retiring as a Crime Scene Investigator. Now, I've traded investigations for a new chapter behind the wheel as a school bus driver - finding joy in simpler moments and staying connected to my community.

My background has centered on building relationships, developing skills, and helping students grow with confidence. I focus on clear instruction, positive reinforcement, and real-world application, creating an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and prepared to succeed both in the classroom and beyond.
